🔌 Connection Issues
Problem: Cannot connect to Hyperliquid
If you're having trouble connecting your Hyperliquid account:
- Verify API credentials are correct (check for typos or extra spaces)
- Check that API keys have trading permissions enabled
- Ensure your wallet has sufficient balance
- Verify your IP isn't blocked (if Hyperliquid requires IP whitelisting)
- Try regenerating API keys if connection issues persist
- Make sure you're using LIVE mode (not DRY mode) when testing connection
📊 Sequence Issues
Problem: Sequences not opening
If sequences aren't opening when expected:
- Check that bot is active (use
/statusin Telegram or check dashboard) - Verify you have sufficient balance/margin (DRY mode: $10,000 virtual balance, LIVE mode: check Hyperliquid balance)
- Check risk limits haven't been reached (daily loss limit, max exposure, max concurrent sequences)
- Ensure trading mode is set correctly (DRY vs LIVE)
- Verify you have a trading pair configured
- Check that you haven't hit the maximum concurrent sequences limit for your preset
Problem: Sequences closing unexpectedly
If sequences are closing before you expect:
- Check max loss limits - sequence closes automatically when max loss is reached
- Verify daily loss limit hasn't been reached (bot stops trading for the day)
- Review sequence history for closure reason and details
- Check if trailing stop was hit (if take profit was reached first)
- Ensure you understand your preset's max loss percentage
🔔 Signal Issues
Problem: Signals not triggering
If your signals aren't opening sequences:
- Verify signal is enabled (check signal status in Signals page)
- Check cooldown period - signals won't trigger if still in cooldown
- Verify daily limit hasn't been reached (check signal statistics)
- Test signal conditions manually to see if they would trigger
- Check signal scope - global signals work for all pairs, per-pair signals only work for specific pair
- Ensure bot is active and monitoring the correct trading pair
- Verify signal conditions are realistic for current market conditions
⚙️ Configuration Issues
Problem: Base size seems incorrect
If base order size doesn't match your expectations:
- Base size is auto-calculated based on preset, balance, and leverage
- Higher leverage = smaller base sizes for safety (leverage amplifies losses)
- Check that you have sufficient balance (DRY mode: $10,000, LIVE mode: check Hyperliquid balance)
- Review preset details for expected base size ranges
- If you set allocated trading capital, base size is calculated from that amount (not full portfolio)
- Base size may be reduced if you have many concurrent sequences (to fit within available capital)
🌐 Performance Issues
Problem: Dashboard loading slowly
If the web dashboard is slow or not loading:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Check your internet connection
- Try refreshing the page
- Check browser console for errors (F12 → Console tab)
- Try a different browser or incognito/private mode
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere

- Verify you're using the latest version of the web dashboard
- Check that your bot is active (not stopped)
- Ensure you have sufficient balance for trading
- Review your configuration settings
- Check sequence history for any error messages
